Existence is not legibility
Founders often experience value from inside the work. They see the method, effort and unusual capability. The market encounters a surface and must decide quickly what kind of thing it is.
Recognition is the bridge between these positions. It gives the audience a category, consequence and reason to continue looking.
Translation without reduction
The difficulty is to make complexity legible without making the offer generic. Familiar comparisons can open the door, but they can also erase the distinction that justifies attention.
Strong positioning uses what the audience already knows to carry it toward what the organisation uniquely understands.
Recognition is only the beginning
A recognisable offer can still be weak. Once the audience understands the category and relevance, proof must justify belief and the requested action must make sense.
The market cannot choose what it cannot understand. Understanding, however, does not compel the choice.
